This hunting lease is leased and not available. One of goals here at Base Camp is to try and provide hunting leases for all hunters, anyone looking to have their own private property to hunt. Not everyone can afford larger and more expensive leases so here is one for those who are budget conscience yet still looking for private land to hunt in a really great county.

17 acre all legal game hunting lease in northern La Crosse County. Landowner recently purchased the property, so I do not have any intel regarding past hunting success but did find a few deer stands including an elevated and enclosed blind that was left on the property and shown in the pictures. During my inspection I found several trails coming out of the property and into the surrounding corn fields as well as several rubs. I was on my own property this past weekend in one of the best counties in Wisconsin and have not yet found a rub on it, so I am taking this as a good sign that I was able to find some rubs on this property in early Oct.

All legal game is yours to hunt. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay. Camping for hunting related activities is also okay. Food plots need approval from landowner as to location on the property, but it did appear to me that there were several options for these that would not interfere with any future agriculture that landowner may want to do.
